ROLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
SALARY:£50,000 - £75,000
HOURS: Full time
LEVEL: 5+ PQE

Our client provide a full range of legal services to commercial and private clients who seek a high level of service. Due to expansion and growth our client is looking for Property Litigation Solicitor to join their office in Islington.
The role requires a solicitor of 5 years + PQE to join there team of four and manage of a varied commercial & residential caseload.
The candidate will cover a variety of matters such as : -
Enforcement of breaches of commercial lease terms
Forfeiture and repossession of commercial premises
Contentious break notices
Commercial rent arrears recovery
Business lease renewals (both opposed and unopposed)
Commercial dilapidation's and disrepair claims
Landlords' consents to assign, alter, sublet and change use
Squatter repossession claims
Possession and rent recovery in residential tenancy cases
Recovery of service charges
Property related insolvency disputes
Party wall, boundary and neighbour disputes
Adverse possession claims
Enforcement of easements and restrictive covenants
Disputes arising out of the sale and purchase of land
Telecommunication mast disputes
Defending local authority planning and environmental enforcement actions
Negotiating compensation for loss of rights of light and air
Licensing Act problems
Rights of Light
The salary & bonus package are competitive and dependent on experience.
