Douglas Scott are pleased to be assisting our client, a well know Legal 500 Firm in their search for a Commercial Property Solicitor for their South Manchester office.
You will be joining an excellent Top 200 UK Commercial Law Firm which provides outstanding legal services to a National client base. Due to continued growth of the department, they are seeking to add additional expertise in the shape of a Solicitor with 5 or more years PQE. To be considered, you will have experience of working in a commercial Property department of a Commercial Firm, gaining exposure to transactions ranging from development, sales & acquisition, and Landlord & Tenant. You will be ambitious and display a passion for Commercial Property work, including business development activities.
As Commercial Property Solicitor, you will act on a varied caseload, with the added opportunity of acting for Pension trustees and Residential Developers. The team has an excellent reputation for their work in this space, and as such you will receive excellent training and exposure to quality work. The Firm in known as a great place to work with work life balance is high on the list of priorities. In addition, they can demonstrate a number of success stories of Solicitors joining as Associates and progressing through the ranks to Partner.
