The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor based in the firms flouring Soho, West End office.

This role would suit a candidate that is looking to keep more variety to their caseload. You will deal with a mix of high end Residential and Commercial Property. The client base will include

HNW individuals, SME, Entrepreneurs, Media and technology companies and a range of other innovative businesses.

On the commercial side you will deal with landlord and tenant, commercial leases, invest and acquisitions and disposals.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor with between NQ - 3 years PQE
• You should have sat at least one seat in Conveyancing or Commercial property, ideally you will have experience in both, but the firm is more than happy to provide training for the right candidate
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• This role comes with one of the most lucrative bonus structure which allows you to earn 20% of your billings
• Salary is very negotiable depending on your level of PQE
