The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Conveyancing Paralegal based in the firms flouring and growing Soho, London office.

The Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work, a good proportion of which is high-value and more bespoke Conveyancing work acting for HNW individuals, a large proportion of which will be London work. You will work alongside a Partner dealing with a broad and varied caseload of; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and Lease extensions.

Depending on your level you will either support or run your own caseload. If you are supporting initially you will be provided with excellent training to in time run your own caseload.

Requirements:

• You will be a Conveyancing Paralegal with 2 years + experience
• You should be a team player and have a positive attitude
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Salary is very negotiable depending on your level of experience, although up to £35k, plus a good bonus structure allowing you to increase your level of earnings
