Locum Commercial Property Solicitor – Ad hoc contract
West Midlands – Flexible working hours/Home-working – Negotiable hourly rate
Our client, a reputable regional practice in the West Midlands seeks a dynamic and experienced Locum Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to provide assistance on an ad hoc basis.
We are keen to hear from Locum Solicitors and Legal Executives who possess the relevant expertise to handle a full Commercial Property caseload with a focus on landlord and tenant matters and who are interested in a flexible working arrangement to include the potential for home working. Full secretarial assistance will be provided.
The contract is projected to commence in the coming weeks and will be on an on-going basis. This would be an ideal opportunity for a Consultant looking to supplement their income or a Fee Earner seeking a working arrangement to fit around their schedule.
