The Role

Because the firm is expanding, they are looking for a Head of Residential Property / Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to work in their highly regarded Residential Property office in the beautiful city of Brighton.

The residential team have a key focus on client care, believing that the customer comes first, and have built a great network of connections in the area based on reputation and referrals.

They regularly deal with leaseholds, freehold family homes, investment property, new builds, landlord and tenant matters, estate management, enfranchisement and much more, across a range of high, mid and low value properties and houses.

You will head up the Residential Conveyancing department, participate in a very varied, interesting case load, provide training and support to the Residential Conveyancing solicitors, learn from the best Partners and Consultants in the area, and have your chance to shine.
