Boasting a strong client base and a team who possess a wide range of expertise, the firm are now looking to expand their reach with the opportunity for a Family Supervisor. Our client puts a strong emphasis on client care, ensuring all clients receive the highest level of service. They are located within short walking distance of nearby public transport links and a wide range of local amenities.

The Role
Our client has an excellent position for a Family Supervisor to join their boutique firm based in Rotherham. The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5 or more years’ PQE. In addition, it is also essential to hold LAA Supervisor status and possess Family Panel Membership. This role will involve a mixed caseload of publicly funded family matters including: child proceedings; divorce matters; separation agreements and; domestic violence matters. Due to the sensitive nature of the role, the ideal candidate will communicate with clients empathically.

The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5 or more years’ PQE.
You will be a Legal Aid Agency (LAA) Accredited Supervisor.
Family Panel Membership is essential.
Excellent client care skills.
Willing to undertake business development and networking initiatives.
