Aspirational Real Estate lawyer required at Solicitor/Associate level for the Leeds office of a national brand.

Our client is a national firm with good rankings in the Legal 500 and a full spread of expertise for commercial clients albeit quite a number of offices are not truly 'full service' in the sense that would be the case with Top 20 practices which have matured and expanded internationally. The firm acts for a broad range of clients, including plcs's but also large regional businesses and SME's. Consequently there is scope with this practice to develop your client relationships and win work which the firm will handle unlike in the largest firms where their client criteria preclude a large section of businesses.

The Real Estate team in the Leeds office is busy and hence their interest in recruiting a solicitor at c1-5yrPQE to handle a broad range of property work including development, corporate occupier, and also some property finance matters. Good 2017 NQ candidates will be considered on their merits but must have had at least one training seat in commercial property.

This is a tight team with a good atmosphere and so self confidence and having a willingness to get involved with the teams marketing activities is important. This represents a great opportunity for a candidate wanting a really credible and well resourced brand but who is perhaps wary of the demands of Top 20 firms and hoping for a firm with more light touch management and keen for the successful applicant to develop their own profile in the role.

A refreshing and significant opportunity for a Commercial Property candidate looking for a good deal of autonomy with a credible brand.

Florit Brooke advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
