Pensions Solicitor NQ

Our client is looking to appoint a new Pensions Solicitor to one of the UK's largest Pension teams. In this role you will be able to provide a full pension's law advice service to both employers and pension's scheme trustees. Working with some of the UK's largest companies and schemes, across a range of sectors, as well as public service and voluntary organisations, their work encompasses the full range of legal advice in relation to UK pension schemes from day-to-day benefit queries and member complaints to large scale restructuring and liability management projects.

As a Pensions Solicitor you'll build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts and across the pensions industry generally. Business development is key to this role, so you'll contribute to the growth of the team by attending client events, writing articles for our website or other publications and marketing activities. You'll be keeping abreast of knowhow developments, drafting legal documents and negotiating on complex transactions, ranging from individual complaints and disputes to Pensions Ombudsman and court proceedings.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercial Newly Qualified Pension Solicitor to get involved with high quality work. The ideal person for this role will be NQ - 3+ years' PQE. This role will give you the opportunity to work with a talented and enthusiastic team that takes a very collegiate approach to their work, as well as being able to learn directly from leaders in their field.
