A regional and well known law firm in South Yorkshire is looking to expand their Residential Conveyancing team with an experienced and focused Chartered Legal Executive or a non-qualified fee earner to take on a desk handling a varying degree of work. Our client is recognized within the market for being successful and a well thought of firm. The client has serviced the area and their clients' needs for over 100 years and as such have developed a name for themselves in the South Yorkshire market.

The Role:
-You will join an already established conveyancing team of six.
-You will be responsible for the firms Estate department, acting with builders, plot sales, title documentation, as well as going through and preparing documentation for buyers .
-You will manage your own residential conveyancing case load and must be prepared to work in a fast paced environment.
-The role requires someone who has a strong legal knowledge and a high volume of property matters.
-The firm will consider a well-trained Paralegal for this position

The Candidate:
-In order to be considered for this position, you must have experience of running a residential conveyancing caseload from start to completion.
-It is essential you have a good legal knowledge of conveyancing, sales and purchases, freehold/leasehold, transfers of equity and plot sales.
-Since the role will involve a volume based approach the ideal candidate will be one that thrives in a busy and varied work environment and can prioritise and effectively organise their desk
