Residential Conveyancer

A Residential Conveyancer is sought to join a leading legal 500 law firm in Coventry. Salary is up to £40K dependant on experience.

Our client, a market leader in Residential Conveyancing, with a team of experienced property professionals. They provide an exceptional service focusing on the needs of the individual client.

The team consists 1 Director, 1 Consultant, 4 Legal Executives as well as Secretarial support.

You will be working in a small but busy friendly office dealing with your own caseload of sales and purchase , freehold and leasehold, re-mortgage transactions and Transfer of Equity files from start to finish
