Corporate Solicitor

My client, a highly regarded and long established Top 50 firm is recruiting for a Corporate Solicitor for their Manchester office. Working for one of the largest and most recognised Corporate practices, with an impressive National client base, you will join the successful Manchester team to manage a range of M&A, corporate finance, private equity, commercial contracting and transactional work.

This is a fantastic opportunity to further expand your skills in an expanding and innovative national firm and department.

The successful Corporate Solicitor will be 3-5 years qualified, however if your PQE level falls just outside this bracket and feel you meet the general criteria then your application will also be considered. On offer is the chance to work in a buzzing environment on a stimulating mix of projects and enjoy increasing amounts of responsibility.

You will be from a corporate background, be technically excellent and a good communicator with sound client management and teamworking skills to be selected for this position.
