Job Details
Our client, a friendly firm based in Sittingbourne, Kent are looking for a generalist solicitor locum to assist the senior partner of the firm with their workload from next week until at least May due to holidays and increased workload.
Day to day duties will include managing a caseload of residential and commercial property matters, commercial leasehold, wills, probate, powers of attorney, general commercial work and general non-contentious advice and assistance.
The firm cover a multitude of areas including insolvency and litigation so knowledge in these areas will be advantageous but not essential as the main areas of work will focus on property and private client.
