Leading West End Firm
Competitive Salary
3 Years PQE +
Planning Solicitor required to join a leading, friendly and approachable West End London firm.
You will join a thriving and growing Real Estate department. Where you will advise on the promotion of planning applications, Advise on implementation and modification and release of planning conditions, Research and advise on heritage issues including listed buildings/conservation area controls; lawful development certificates and advertisement consents; planning enforcement; highways; and town and village green issues, prepare for and project management of major planning inquiries, appeals and examination, Section 106 agreement and section 278 agreement drafting and negotiation etc.
If you have a minimum of 3 Years PQE, Strong academics and experience of working within a large regional or City Law firm then please apply as directed.
