A top ranking legal 500 and Chambers UK firm in Reading is looking to expand their Employment team. With an exciting opportunity to join an ever growing team working across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious related matters.
Your new role
Your role will include managing your own caseload of a variety of employment matters such as disciplinary, grievance, maternity restructuring, redundancies, integration, due diligence, civil court, drafting warranties, indemnities and employment legal advice.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have a passion and drive to progression within the dispute resolution department whilst having strong academics and previously relevant legal experience since before qualifying. You should have qualified as a solicitor with at least 1 year experience of employment law and be able to prove you have the appropriate skills and experience for this position.
