Salary: £24,000 - £35,000

Experience: 2/3 years' + legal work experience

Our client is looking for around 4 candidates who have an excellent understanding of the legal environment, which probably means having 2 years' + experience in law and a good academic background.
The role is to ensure that an excellent level of legal support is provided to litigious cases that reach tribunal by ensuring drafting, preparation and distribution of relevant legal documentation, as well as ensuring all pre-hearing activities are managed appropriately. Any prior experience of working within medical law or clinical negligence, or within some form of panel or committee is preferred, however applications are open to all those who believe they fulfil the essential criteria for the role.
The job in practice will involve providing guidance to more junior members of the team to aide them in preparing the legal documentation, and the ideal candidate will have the ability to supervise others.
The ideal candidate will act in a professional and appropriate manner. Skills such as time management, a methodical approach and a meticulous outlook will be essential.
The client is also looking for skills such as the ability to organise, efficiency, the ability to work to a deadline while being clear, succinct and accurate with the work they deliver.
