Senior Residential Solicitor - We have been asked by our client, a highly regarded London and Surrey practice, known for their outstanding service and legal knowledge to find them a further residential  property development specialist to join their team working out of their Surrey branch.

They are looking for a solicitor with 5 years+ relevant experience in handling a busy HNW caseload, including acquisition of development sites for investment and a specialism in residential development work. Our client acts for several of the UK’s leading residential home developers on large scale development projects in London and the South East. They are looking for a commercially aware individual, who is looking for partnership in the next few years and who has a head for marketing and business development.
