Regulatory Solicitor - A leading law firm has a regulatory solicitor opportunity in their Hampshire office. This Regulatory Solicitor role is from NQ upwards and will enable the successful Regulatory Solicitor to work on an investigatory case load where it is alleged that the registrant's fitness to practise is imparied through misconduct, competence or health issues and preparing those cases for hearings before panels and committees of relevant regulators. The work is varied, challenging and rewarding and the cases cover everything from large scale fraud or multi-patient clinical failings through to inappropriate sexualised behaviour. salary dependent upon experience. The role is commutable from Basingstoke, Andover, Winchester, Eastleigh, Southampton and Alton.
