Litigation Solicitor. A litigation department of a Berkshire law firm has a new opportunity for a litigation solicitor. The litigation team require a litigation solicitor with approximately 2 years PQE. The role will encompass a full range of litigation work such as; property litigation, boundary disputes, neighbour disputes, landlord and tenant, contested probate, consumer contracts, defamation, debt and contract disputes, and employment. The successful litigation solicitor will work pro actively as part of a team and enjoy administrative support. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very well respected law firm punching above its weight. Salary is dependent upon experience. Commutable from Reading, Wokingham and Bracknell.
