THE FIRM
A highly regarded commercial law firm well known for its world class IP practice.
THE ROLE
Set within the Commercial IP Group, which focusses on deals where IP is at the heart of the transaction acting for clients whose businesses centre on technology, brands or media.
The team works closely with lawyers in other parts of the firm but the vast majority of the work is stand-alone, as opposed to corporate support, with its lawyers taking the lead and having control.
ABOUT YOU
A talented associate with 3-4pqe or more you will have already gained strong experience in commercial IP work.
You will be ambitious and self-motivated yet able to fit naturally into the distinctively collaborative, mutually supportive and friendly culture that exists.
You should have excellent interpersonal skills as the position will involve client contact and participation in business development activities, often in collaboration with lawyers in other teams.
