CONTENTIOUS CONSTRUCTION PSL - ELITE CITY FIRM! Experienced Construction Solicitor required for a Fantastic Contentious construction PSL Role with an Elite City Firm 5 Years plus PQE
My client is seeking a knowledgeable Construction Solicitor with vast experience in contentious construction within a reputable Private Practice City Firm for a Fantastic PSL role.
Duties would include:
Keeping standard/model form documentation up to dateMonitoring and updating the group on developments in the law and managing internal education and trainingHandling enquiries from practitionersWriting bulletins for clients on new developments and articles for publication in various journalsAssisting with the preparation and delivery of client training initiativesWorking with other Real Estate PSLs to coordinate delivery and analysis of information
This is an ideal opportunity to utilise your knowledge and experience in a non fee earning capacity and contribute to the development and training of the Construction team.
