One of the regions' most prominent law firms is continuing with the expansion of its Commercial Litigation Division and is now keen to appoint a Debt Recovery Manager to its established Debt Recovery Team which is based at the firms' modern offices in the heart of Warwickshire.

This award-winning practice is a full service Legal 500 listed and Chambers ranked law firm that offers specialist legal advice across the full spectrum of legal disciplines to clients on both a local and a national basis. The firm prides itself of on being a people centric business and takes great pride in ensuring that it places its members at the heart of everything it does.

As a consequence of an increase of new instructions from existing clients as well as new client wins, the team is keen to bring on board an experienced Debt Recovery Manager to supervise a small team of debt recovery fee earners. The firm are open to speaking with those that are either qualified or non-qualified; however, what is crucial is that you are able to demonstrate a strong history of dealing with litigated debt recovery matters with values of up to circa. £100,000 whilst also being able to show a history of acting as a technical referral point for more junior members of the team. You will be proficient in supervising a team and be able to undertake file audits, ensure SLAs and KPIs are adhered to and also be able to provide training and development to enhance each and every team members' technical skills.

In addition, you will also participate in business development, marketing and networking so that you can generate new business for the team, either by way of promoting the team in its own standalone capacity and also by working alongside the heads of other departments covering different practice areas and identify which clients would benefit from a dedicated debt recovery function. Clearly, the more commercially minded and successful you are, the swifter you will progress through the firms' structure.
