My client is a Legal 500 ranked firm based in the heart of Kent. They pride themselves on their ability to provide a personal service combined with the highest quality of advice, and have built an enviable reputation for their commercial work. They are looking for an ambitious 2+ PQE Commercial Property solicitor.

This firm acts for private or corporate land owners, property developers and builders; dealing with the legal and financial aspects of building, buying, selling, leasing or sub-letting of shops, offices, industrial and commercial premises.The team have maintained a consistent position in the Legal 500 for years, and many of the solicitors working there have come from City practices.

You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE, and will have trained at a City or leading regional firm. You will have demonstrable experience of running your own Commercial Property caseload. This will include acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant, sales & development work together with estate management.
