Established and respectable law firm in Manchester are currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their department on a permanent basis to deal with an excellent quality case load.

This well-known law firm has a keen focus on building long lasting relationships with their clients, and are seeking to recruit an additional valuable member of staff who specialise in Commercial Property matters handling all matters including:

·         Landlord and Tennant matters

·         Terms of Business

·         Freehold and Leasehold matters

·         Purchases and sales of businesses

The candidate needs to be a minimum of 5 PQE with the passion in order to assist with business development. The firm is also offering a great competitive salary with fantastic progression prospects, with the intention of expanding the department.
