Working with major corporations on high-end corporate deals and transactions is just one of the things you'll be doing if you take on this locum assignment at a rapidly growing and welcoming law firm based in the City of London. Specialists within real estate and the private client sectors, some of the biggest companies on the planet employ this firm to handle their cases.

Ideally, we're looking for someone who can draft and negotiate contracts with experience in both contentious and none-contentious matters. This is something you possess a wealth of knowledge on, you also have the skills to carry out due diligence, whilst working on bonds and guarantees.
