Employment Fee Earner
A well-respected law firm are looking for an Employment Fee Earner to join their growing team in Manchester City Centre to provide excellent legal services and advice to their clients which consist of SMEs as well as National organisations.
They are looking for someone who can get up and go and immerse themselves into the role which will involve having a hands-on approach to their Respondent caseload to include unfair dismissal, redundancies and tribunal files and more.
Important for this role is a candidate who is driven in terms of business development and who will get involved in Breakfast Seminars, Networking, Social Media and Digital work, and they would like you to do this with innovation.
The ideal candidate for this Employment Fee Earner role should be able to demonstrate:
- at least 2 years Employment Law, ideally having worked with Respondent files
- must be technically strong
- must be eager and keen
- strong written and communication skills due to the client contact and Business Development aspect of the role
- must be able to commute to the Manchester office on a daily basis
