We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join the Property Litigation Department of a leading law firm based in Sheffield.

The successful candidate will be a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, ideally with a least 1 years Property Litigation experience working in a similar role within a reputable law firm.

The role will require the successful candidate to assist and support the Lawyers with their case load, working with clients on a full range of issues including, residential possession claims, preparation of notices to terminate commercial leases and to terminate the same, instructing experts and counsel and attendance at trial where required.
