Commercial Litigation NQ - 4 years PQE Solicitor

TSR Legal are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join a highly-regarded team within a well-regarded national law firm to be based in Manchester.

Due to expansion the department are looking for a qualified Solicitor to manage your own caseload of general commercial litigation cases, with supervision on larger cases. The team deal with a wide range of disputes for public and private sector clients.

You will ideally have NQ - 4 year's PQE in commercial litigation, with your training and experience gained at a national or recognised regional law firm, backed up by strong academics. You will also have strong client care, technical and teamworking skills, and also be keen to contribute to the further marketing of the department and wider firm. NQs who have gained strong experience during their training contract may be considered.

Experience of a variety of commercial litigation matters would be beneficial, such as shareholder disputes, IT and IP disputes, contract and restrictive covenant disputes and insolvency litigation.
