Job description: We are recruiting for an innovative Council, based in the North West that requires a Commercial Property Locum to an increase in workload for 2 months with a possibility of extension.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Lawyer to join the Council on a locum basis dealing with;
- Commercial Property caseload including sales, purchases and transfers of equity
- Clerical and Administrative Duties
- Handling registered and unregistered, leasehold and freehold property matters
The ideal candidate for this job will have previous Commercial Property experience, and although desirable, a formal legal qualification is not essential and all candidates with relevant legal experience will be considered.
