Job Title: Litigation Executive

Location: Bolton

Salary: Dependant on experience

My Client is a popular successful law firm who are best known for the services they provide. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Litigation Executive based in Bolton.  As a result of continued success and expansion, this is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join their well established, successful team.

The role with entail:
  • -Conducting file reviews
  • Drafting N1 Claim Form
  • Drafting Particulars of Claim
  • Reviewing and advising clients on the content of Defences
  • Preparing and Filing Directions Questionnaires
  • Complying with Case Management Directions
  • Preparing matters for trial.
  • The desired candidate will have at least 12 months’ experience in dealing with a RTA Litigated caseload and be confident in running litigated matters independently.
  • Ideally we would require the candidate to be experienced in credit hire.
  • We are looking for an individual whom is keen to grow with the firm, with a potential of supervisor duties in the future.
