A Residential Conveyancer is sought to join a well regarded law firm in West Herefordshire area. Salary is very competitive depending on experience.

Our client, has an enviable reputation in the area for it's Residential Conveyancing work, with a team of highly experienced property professionals. They provide an exceptional service focusing on the needs of the individual client.

The team consists of 2 Senior Fee Earners as well as secretarial support and are looking to bring in an additional fee earner due to an influx in work due to the growing reputation with the firm.

You will be working in a busy, friendly office dealing with initially a small caseload of Freehold, Leasehold and some agricultural matters and also be given exposure to deal with some Commercial leases matters.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 years experience, running your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
