Social Housing Solicitor

A leading property law firm based in Manchester with a reputation for dealing with all aspects of social housing law has instructed us to help them recruit a junior level litigation solicitor.

The nature of the work will include possession, anti-social behaviour issues, disrepair claims, landlord and tenant disputes, tenancy issues, rent arrears and homelessness.

Clients include all manner of North West based housing associations and housing trusts. The firm has developed a first-class reputation within this field and currently offers a full range of legal services including both transactional, litigation and regulatory advice

It is essential that you are happy to conduct advocacy. Applicants from NQ to 4 years PQE will be considered if you have a genuine interest in housing management related law/litigation.

Salary up to £40,000 plus benefits.
