Real Estate Solicitor

A Real Estate Solicitor with up to 3 years PQE is sought by a leading national law firm with impressive offices in the heart of Liverpool City Centre.

The role is to work within the firm's large national real estate practice, dealing with a varied workload consisting of acquisitions and disposals of both freehold and leasehold property, providing advice to clients on access and easement issues, property covenants and obligations, property rights and charges and planning law.

One of the distinct advantages of the role is that the successful candidate will be exposed to as wide a range of work as is out there from a real estate perspective. The role may involve some commercial contract drafting and even a small element of contentious property. Similar level lawyers who have joined the firm have been impressed by the diversity of work on offer and have tended to concentrate a little further down the line on one or two areas of expertise, largely depending upon their work interests.
