The Role
A well-rounded Litigation solicitor is required to lead a busy department. As a litigation solicitor within this firm you will be expected to handle a busy and mixed caseload of work including but not limited to: contractual disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, neighbour disputes, divorce, financial ancillary applications & family issues, personal injury compensation claims, contested probate claims, debt collection, employment, unfair dismissal and redundancy.
