The Role
A Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor (80/20) is now required for a well established Property department. As a property Solicitor you will be expected to handle a busy and mixed caseload of work including but not limited to: the sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new build properties, properties sold or purchased at auction, drafting & grant of new leases, leasehold extensions & variations. remortgages, transfer of equity and equity release schemes. You will undertake high-quality work for clients from different backgrounds ranging from high net worth individuals, businesses and developers to first time buyers and the elderly.
