Job Details
This law firm are very established in Somerset, having several branches handling mainly broad private client work to include family law.
They handle approximately 20% privately funded work, and 80% legal aid.
This Taunton-based job vacancy is to handle mainly legally aided work, alongside two very established solicitors.
Your work will be broad and may include residence and contact matters, care proceedings and of course divorce. You will handle financial disputes, (whether arising within marriage or between cohabitants) and occasionally TOLATA matters.
This friendly firm are very well known for this type of work, and work very well together as a team. As such it is vital that you are a team player and excellent communicator.
Senior solicitors or legal executives are encouraged to apply. Ideally you should have at least 3-4 years experience handling publicly funded family work (or a mix of public and private).
