Locum Commercial Property Solicitor - Bath - Immediate Start
Due to an increase in work and ongoing recruitment our Bath based client requires locum support within their Commercial property department on an ongoing basis.
The successful candidate will manage a full Commercial Property caseload. You will work largely without supervision and take responsibility for the progression of the Commercial Property sales & purchases, land acquisition/disposal and landlord and tenant matters.
This is a 3 month ongoing locum assignment, subject to review.
