Private Client Fee Earner

An opportunity has arisen for a Private Client fee earner (either qualified or non-qualified) to join a medium sized commercial firm based in Ormskirk. You will be required to handle a full caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, estates, LPA, COP - if there are any areas you lack knowledge in the firm are happy to provide training.

You will have full time secretarial support and there are very strong progression opportunities for this role (for both qualified and non-qualified applicants).

You will be joining a very reputable firm that is one of the oldest firms in the area. This role has arisen due to a successful 2017 in this practice area and an increase of instructions received. You will be reporting to the Head of department and will have full time assistance.

Ideally you will have experience with all aspects of the private client practice area - however if there are any areas you have not previously dealt with, the firm are happy to provide training to expand your knowledge.

This role would be suited to someone looking for a position with broad exposure that will add to their knowledge and experience within this practice area. As this practice area continues to thrive, opportunities will arise for you to take on additional duties and it will be your choice decision to step up or not.
