A long-standing, globally renowned firm is actively looking for a Clinical Risk Solicitor NQ – 5+ PQE to join their Winchester office.

You will have experience and knowledge of all aspects of Personal Injury work, ideally within Clinical Risk, especially within the higher value cases. You will be responsible for assisting the partners and associates of the team and with the running of their catastrophic injury cases.

There will be a varied caseload of defendant clinical negligence, with this there will be an appropriate amount of supervision based on your experience level and capabilities. It is expected you complete all works to the highest of standards and compliances within the protocols of the firm. As well as hitting all financial and personal targets, and having the competency in building internal and external networks.
