Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Planning Lawyer to join a well-respected local authority. The Planning Lawyer role is based in a highly cultural city in the North East, with great accessibility from Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate for the Planning Lawyer role will be confident in picking up a wide range of planning law matters, such as;

  • Section 106's
  • Scrutinising committee reports
  • Attending planning committee meetings
  • Advising on planning matters
  • Proven ability to work under pressure

Our client is looking for somebody to work alongside two other Planning Lawyers, with availability of 1 month+ due to an increase in their work load. Part-time and full-time hours will be considered.
