Due to recent expansion and influx of work, a position has become available for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a highly reputable, award-winning firm in Dudley, Birmingham.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Department who is also a Director at the firm. You will be handling a mixed caseload of litigation services including boundary disputes, contractual disputes, debt recovery, property disputes, probate disputes and contentious probate.

Ideally, the Civil Litigation Solicitor will be at least 4 years PQE and will have a strong background in dealing with litigation matters however, those outside of this banding will also be considered provided they have the relevant experience.
