The Firm

The firm are young and new, and already dealing with impressive work including Human Rights, Immigration, Family, Landlord and Tenant, Public Law, and Court of Protection. They are friendly, a tight knit team, and have an existing base of clients and contacts that bring in a good level of top quality work.

You will work as a Paralegal and learn alongside a Legal 500 recognised Director, and be given the support needed to hone your skills and grow with the department at a very exciting time.

The Role

Because the firm is expanding, they are looking for an Immigration Paralegal to (with guidance and support), grow their Immigration Department.

This is a very unique opportunity- Immigration Law as a whole is rare in Kent; the chance to be a part of an exciting time for a growing firm, and to learn from an extremely well qualified Solicitor, supporting the firm in a variety of Immigration issues, ranging from visa and studying applications, Human Rights applications, appeals and resisting deportation.

You will be supported by a close knit team, help to grow the department, and hone your skills.
