NQ Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive. 
 
This national client is recruiting into its Plymouth based employment law department. They seek a new qualified solicitor or legal executive, or those with up to 3 years’ experience. 
 
In this role, you will manage a full caseload of employment rights cases. You will provide a range of general legal advice to trade unions, more specifically advising on and signing off settlement agreements.
 
You should be a fantastic communicator and will be regularly liaising with senior union officials. You will build strong working relationships with these officials and will have an influential, yet tactful and empathetic manner. 
 
Candidates completing their solicitor training contracts are encouraged to apply. As a pre-requisite, you should have completed an employment seat and have some employment/employment rights experience. 
 
Applications will also be considered from qualified solicitors or legal executives with more extensive employment law experience. 
 
Relocating solicitors and legal executives will be considered.
