Are you a corporate solicitor that would like the opportunity to work closely with partners on excellent quality work within an established full service commercial firm in Manchester city centre?

This role would suit an experienced Corporate Solicitor looking to work within a successful firm in Manchester that offers progression opportunities and an extremely attractive salary package.

Our client have informed us an opportunity to join their established corporate team where you will advise a varied client base from junior, start-up companies to multi-million pound PLC's, across the full spectrum of corporate work. The role will involve but not be limited to a mix of M&A, corporate governance, reorganisation and restructuring work.

The firm have indicated the ideal candidate with have 3 years PQE or more as a Corporate Solicitor in a strong corporate team. If you fall outside this remit, but feel you have the right experience then we would urge you to still apply. Having had experience handling your own caseload and the ability to think commercially with the client always at the forefront will enable you to fit well into the successful team.

Successful applicants will be keen to continue a level of business development in order to bring in new clients and ensure excellent standards are upheld when servicing existing ones.
