Job Details
We have just been instructed on an unrivalled opportunity for a Public Sector Development Solicitor to join an award winning Legal 500 law firm based in their Manchester City Centre offices.
Our client is an international law firm with a long-standing reputation for delivering high quality legal advice. The firm stands out in particular for its innovative approach to service delivery. The firm have an extensive track record in advising on all aspects of Public Developments and work with major developers, funders, investors and local authorities.
The firm are looking for a Public Sector Development Solicitor with 4 years post qualification experience in Public Sector Development. Candidates must also be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about, and demonstrate an aptitude for, business development. You will be expected to pick up a varied caseload which will include;
- Working on residential developments
- Mixed use developments
- Regeneration projects
- Acting for local authorities, HCA, and/or developers working with those types of bodies
- Playing a key role in the public sector development team and working closely with, and be an integral part of the national development team across the UK
