The role

The firm is currently recruiting for a Residential Property Solicitor for their Swindon office.

It is an exciting time to be part of an expanding Residential Property Team. You will either be a Solicitor, full or part qualified Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. You will have the ability to manage a full caseload of files from instruction through to post completion dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.

Requirements:

• Solicitor, full or part qualified Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer ( No upper limit in terms of PQE )
• First-class client care skills are essential
• You will be based in the Wantage, Berkshire office
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an exceptional benefits package
