Residential Property Solicitor

A growing and innovative Manchester Law Firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join them.

The ideal candidate will have gained a number of years experience in Residential Property, demonstrating expertise of handling a varied caseload of sales and purchase, remortgage, equity release etc. This is an opportunity to be the main point of contact for all Residential Property work at this Frim, ably supported by secretarial and assistants.

The Firm is CQS accredited and as such has incoming work to be serviced, so expect to be involved with a busy caseload. This Firm is certainly something different in the Manchester market, so this would suit experienced Residential Property Solicitors seeking something established but different, and the autonomy to manage their own team / department.

Salary is competitive for the market, and there is a fantastic and achievable bonus structure in place of upto 50% of salary.
