The role - Commercial Solicitor - Reading

We are looking to recruit a further general commercial/technology solicitor who will have the opportunity to develop within exceptional and innovative teams. On offer is the full spectrum of high quality work - the team acts for the likes of Coca-Cola European Partners and Molson Coors (Carling, Doom Bar, Rekorderlig) and many others on advising on large multinational outsourcing arrangements and complex IT projects to more routine supply arrangements and distribution and agency contracts.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate first-rate commercial experience, outstanding client service, the ability to take responsibility and a track record of being involved in business development initiatives.

We will consider candidates offering private practice and/or in-house backgrounds. You must have excellent academics and experience working in a top tier regional or city Commercial firm.
