Our client is a growing Legal 500 firm based in West Yorkshire who are looking for a junior Solicitor experienced in dealing with commercial property matters to join their team in West Yorkshire.

In terms of experience you will have between NQ-2 years of commercial property work dealing with and advising on a wide range of matters including landlord and tenant transactions, acquisitions and disposals, financing and development.

The firm has expanded significantly over the last couple of years and has numerous offices across West and North Yorkshire. They have however stayed true to their roots and offer a client facing, quality service. It is a great place to work, and the turnover of staff is very low.

The firm has lots of 'homegrown' senior staff members and there is a genuine opportunity to progress over time.
