The Role:
The chosen candidate will be working closely with trustees, directors, company secretaries and legal departments working on a wide range of charity issues including the formation of new charities, advising on charity structures, dealing with the charity commission in relation to new charity registrations and other regulatory matters.

Our client is ideally looking for an experienced Charities Solicitor with ideally 3+ years PQE, with a strong business development focus with evidence of business growth.
